Service Included:

•  All activities on the itinerary
• Meals as in the itinerary mentioned (B: Breakfast; L: Lunch; D: Dinner);
•  Experienced English-speaking guide;
•  Entrance fees for all visits as mentioned in the itinerary;
•  Transfers: Airport Pick up and drop as per your flight timings
•  Bottle of water each day  (02 bottle/1 person/1 day)
• Accommodation as stated in itinerary (or similar quality) with double/triple sharing. If you want to take single room, there will be additional single fee.

Service Excluded:

•  Drinks and Beverages.
•  Early check in & late check out room (available upon request and depend on room availability)
• Travel insurance (we highly recommend that you purchase adequate insurance).
• International or Domestic flight tickets
• Visa 
• Tipping for guides, drivers, hotel staff, restaurant staff, boat rider, etc.
• Personal expenses, such as laundry, telephone, drinks, etc.
•  Meals, if not specified in the itinerary
•  All other services not specified in the itinerary Surcharge for Peak season, Tet Lunar New year holidays, and compulsory dinner at some hotel.

Booking and Payment Policies

• To confirm the booking, 50% deposit of total tour cost, will be required (not applied for prepaid service such as flight tickets, train tickets, early bird rate, etc). The remaining balance will need to be paid when you arrive Hanoi on first day.
• The customer receives the payment confirmation receipt via email after 30 minutes when payment booking is successful.

Cancellation Policies

• If cancellation are made  above 07 days before the date of departure,  50% of  total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation are made under 5 days before the date of departure, 75% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
• If cancellation are made before 2 day before the date of  departure,  100%  total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Changing tour program and refund policies

• If the changes are made 15 days before travel date, We will fix and send back the customers the final itinerary.
• If the changes are made less than 15 days before the travel date, we have the right to refuse to change. Customers will need to pay the extra for any fees when change the schedule.
